Darthmod Empire Total War
So, just started to play Darth Mod, I'm really enjoying the sound and visual effects but the gameplays been kinda.. Smeared?
I seem stuck with perpetually slow ships (sloops being unable to catch up with fleeing 4th rates) despite wind, and my artillery is completely nerfed. I thought it was all artillery that had its power reduced but I just fought a bottle where pirate garrison morters got over 300 kills. (For comparison, I watched mine once fire for 40 minutes at a stationary unit and get 7)
Can you keep the effects without the ai changes? It's doing my nut.
Overall I thought DM really breathed life in empire and made campaigns infinitely more manageable. In my humblepotato opinion, I think darthmod really made empire one of the best total wars, and beats vanilla 10 out of 10 times. I love the vanilla game but I really thought it lacked depth.0.
