Restart Acronis Management Server Service to resolve the issue
Apr 15, 2019 Different versions of acronis have different built in drivers in the premade iso from them. For example the 2011 edition had a driver for an hp 410i raid card but the 2012 edition did not I know this because when I tried to restore an image to a drive on the card from a 2012 it did not see any drives. Popped in the 2011 disc and all was well. The only way to resolve the issue is to use Acronis Universal Restore tool that is available to owners of Acronis True Image 2015 and later versions, and to Acronis True Image 2014 Premium users. Also, some problems with OS migration from an HDD to an SSD can take place.
